The Sage Room has some very interesting ways to prepare some great dishes. The open kitchen concept is great if you have a seat at the bar. The portions are adequate, the quality is excellent and the prices are some of the highest on the island.
The atmosphere is pretty island casual, shorts, slacks and golf shirts. Mt favorite is the White salmon which is available for only a brief time.
Pros: quality and creative preperation
Cons: $10 split plate charge even if you share the same meal from the same plate.
